Okuma Alarm C-3232 – Load Monitor Overload

Okuma Alarm C-3232 indicates that the cutting load exceeded the first limit level for longer than the allowed monitoring time. The load monitoring system detected excessive cutting force and stopped the machine to protect the tool and mechanical components. This condition may be caused by heavy cutting conditions, incorrect machining parameters, tool wear, or mechanical resistance in the axis or spindle system.
